The projected schedule shows all conference activities at a glance. Lectures in each one of the Special Sessions will be allocated to blocks of parallel sessions in this schedule. This will be done in collaboration with sessions organizers and Program Chairs, Michel Beaudin and Michael Wester.

Notes:
1) The Welcome Reception, Wednesday, June 24, 2009 (in the lobby of building B) will permit delegates to meet and obtain conference documents. These documents will also be made available, at the conference desk.
 
2) On Friday, all conference activities at ÉTS end at 12:30pm. Participants will go on an excursion (optional).
 
3) On Day 4 (the final day), the Closing Ceremony will be held at 12:45pm in room B-4408.
